Charlotte & The Co-Stars artist

Charlotte & The Co-Stars has been active since 2003, earning a strong reputation and a growing fan base, not least thanks to their acclaimed debut album “Win Love Win”. The band shares musical preferences and have nurtured close contact with bands like Madrugada, Ricochets and My Midnight Creeps. It manifests itself in the music, which is characterized by dusty American highways and a guitar heavy, but twangy sound that is topped by singer-songwriter Charlotte Jacobsen's strong and dynamic voice. This is raw, sensual rock, with a dash of the 60s and 70s! Since their last album the band has gained new members, and the latest addition is the lead guitarist Mattias Hellberg (SE) (Håkan Hellstrom / Nationalteatern / Hellacopters). The second album “No-Tell Motel” was produced Cato "Salsa" Thomassen (Madrugada, Sivert Høyem). Among the album's many highlight was the Players in a Drag, a duet with Ebbot Lundberg, lead vocalist in the band “The Soundtrack of Our Lives” (SE) that was also used in the film " Jackpot " that was in the theatres December 2011 across the country. Charlotte & The Co-Stars also had the song "Amsterdamned" in the critically acclaimed Norwegian film "Letter to the King" by Hisham Zaman.
